I dont want to be a pain in the "but"  but i just had my ifrst natural nap isnce quitting coldturkey no benzos or natural valiums like theanine or melatonin and boy did it feel good i cant wait for more of it

What works on the RLS, and body aches, and anxiety, loss of sleep? Where do you get this knock out? Is it something I can purchase and where? GNC? How much to take? I have never taken herbal remedies for PAWS.

yes they do which are you interested the sleeping ones are theanine, melatonin and valerian
taurine is good for relaxing also glutamine  but the theanine works the best i owudl recommend ( Knock Out made by schiff it has melatonin theanine and valerian in it and maybe a bottle of theanine cuse there aint much theanine inthe knock out

Dude?  Your not making sense to me.  which is it.  you are posting as we speak as I am and you just left three or 4 threads that are contradicting themselves.  correct me if I am reading them wrong, but u just said you were six day clean and feeling good and sleeping ok.  Your taking knockout and sleeping then you take xanax ?????  God, I was looking forward to getting some knockout......Not anymore..........

It took a year after I quit using to sleep for 6 straight hours and it too was great.......
