not really a question, im new here, not to having a problem but to the website. ive seen alot on here and have the same basic story. I have a loving family beautiful girlfriend and mother of my beautiful daughter that i love with my life.
But i cant stop with the meds. roxy 30s are my poison but i also enjoy benzos. I used to do it for fun just to get 'messed up' but im getting older and i feel like it is getting in the way and holding me back from better well paying jobs. I know i need to do it and all the reasons why, and honestly i think i want to do it because im tired of the feeling of not having it and that life style. I have got to get this right. For my life.

Any advice on coping with withdrawls and getting through this is welcome. I need your help please.

Good morning, Getting your mind set ready to stop,was 1st for me.. I feel like your getting your mental state ready to stop.. How much do u take per day? Do you use everyday? Also withdrawl was bad but not that bad.. Don't fear it.. When you do,talk to your girlfriend for support

Are you going to go ct or do a taper?

Hello and welcome. You're in the right place. Couple questions. Do you take the benzos daily, or are you only physically dependent on the roxys? How much where you taking and how long? The more info we have the more we can help. The health pages at the bottom of this page has a lot of good info on nutrition and other things that help with the symptoms. I used vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and immodium. Stick around, we can walk you through this.
