Thank you so much!My husband went to the health foods store and got me all of the above mentioned supplements and I feel better now on day 6 ; ) Yesterday i was able to vacuum, do laundry, and get my daughter ready for her big performance which is is dancing in as a company member. Next week I start Outpatient rehab and hope that also goes well : ) I do not ever again want to touch a pill for the rest of my life! The one thing that I can't seem to control is the crying, I cry all of the time over everything! My daughter has helped me with some stretching and that really helps my legs....Today I would like to go on a walk, but I need to figure out how to download songs to my Ipod so that I can stay out of my head : ) I have a great support system and I just need to utilize them. Yesterday my dad called every 30 minutes to make sure I was ok and even stopped by (he is my hero and right now he is fighting prostate cancer, but still gets up and goes to work everyday). Sleeping is coming along, in fact last night I slept quite a bit : ) I still have the cold, clammy feeling and that is sucky, but I am sure will get better or at least I hope so : ) Eating has probably been the hardest, I don't think i have really eaten in 2 years and nothing sounds all that great, but I choke down a banana and a carnation instant breakfast in the morning after I take all of my vitamins, even though half of the time it wants to come back up.
i feel for you having 4 kids and going for it and you have already come so far...getting to day 4 is amazing in itself..im at day 10 subutex wd and i promise things improve, all above is so true and i know it sounds weird but the less you fight the want to sleep the easier it becomes...loads of water is very important and you need to force yourself to keep eating..anything with goodness it your body and mind will thank you for it. oranges and bananas have played a big part in my wd..try cutting right back on sugar to..exercise is so important to..you will turn that corner..you have already come so far..keep up the fight and move forward..keep posting to it really helps..your in my thoughts..
Awesome Job! Congrats on day 4! You're doing it.
Like Weaver, above says 'What's a couple weeks in the rest of your life?'. I know you don't feel well right now and that time seems to crawl but if you're out of bed it actually sounds like you might be doing better than some others do.
Have patience with yourself & the process. What you are going through right now is very 'neural'/'chemical' in nature. 1 month after 2.5 yrs on a potent opiate isn't unreasonable in order to start reversing the damage you've incurred to your mind/body. I promise it gets better.
Staying busy (even though you're low on energy) will definitely help eat up the time. Exercise & proper hydration will help to push the toxins out of your body more rapidly. Hot salt baths, foot rubs & massages really help with relaxation and certain symptoms. .
You're doing great. Not long now before you're over the hump. We're pulling for you!
Awesome job mommyagain04!
Day 4 is a huge accomplishment and you are well on your way to LIVING AGAIN! And feeling again!
I sent you a message with some additional guidance.
Again.... Great job and glad you have had enough of that garbage.

21-30 days seems to be a milestone for those with bad WD. Some don't have much WD at all. Ride it out, you made your decision, and you are on your way. The amino acid protocol is good with the Thomas Recipe. Your kids keep you moving, that's good. The more energy you use, the more it builds up. What's a couple weeks in the rest of your life? Time is healing you already, keep moving, you are doing great.
congrats on being off!!! that's so great! i don't have experience with subs but more people will chime in soon to give you some advice....just wanted to lend my support!! great job!! i bet you are busy with 4! :)
