Katya took the words out of my mouth. I can only add to keep eating healthy food including lean protein . Take a good multivitiam and push yourself to exercise. Know your not going to be 100% for a bit, but the more time that passes, the better you will feel. Congrats!!

It seems to get better day by day with some days worse than others for a couple weeks, then you turn a big corner.at two weeks. You feel almost normal. You can then begin to work on your endurance until 30 days feels back to normal completely. Hang in, time will pass. Katya
