I ingested cocaine and survived.
since that day i have not touched the drug but i do drink about once a week somewhat heavely.
it happened two years ago i swallowed a gram in a small dime bag at around 11pm, the reason why was to not get in trouble for it. the next morning i woke up at around 8am and had intense heart rate so i knew i had to go to the emergency room, i went there and then they performed IV and blood saline procedures to slow down my heart rate and then i felt normal after a couple hours, without going to the hospital i would have died for sure, they did not perform the charcoal cleanse which i thought might be somewhat beneficial due to circumstances and getting the waste out of my body too late for that. later that day i went home and pooped out what looked like the erroded rock formation of the cocaine.

now two years 4 months later i seem to be having stomach issues.

I get stomach pain and also random pains in the abdominal area, i dont know if it has anything to do with the cocaine or maybe the alcohol and fast food i eat? I am only 25, i am worried i have reduced appetite and can only eat small meals at a time and also have trouble making bowel movements. these symptoms have been intense for about a month and before that i just notices i couldnt eat as much as i used to but not i can barely put down more than 4 bites before feeling full.

please any doctors let me know if you think my stomach problems could be from cocaine even though its been quite a while since the incident and also what other effects could it have damaged as far as kidney, liver, etc.

A lot of people swallow the amount you did and are fine from it. I will agree though if you swallow enough of it or if your body isn't having any part of it that day you could find yourself in some trouble. From the sounds of it though you got some issues going on that need to be resolved.

My advice don't tell the doctors you swallowed cocaine, for some reason doctors don't like to help people who do drugs or who have hurt themselves from doing drugs.

have you had any experience of people surviving swallowing it? and have they had side effects later on?

swallowing raw dope will kill ya real quick. i have personally buried more than one that has done it. never swallow raw dope, if the bag burst in ya stomach you can die within 12 hours . so thank the good Lord that ya are still here!! ima say that the stomach issues are not cocaine related, butcha need to get to a doc and let em check it out...oh yeah, best of luck to ya

theeagle: well for about 2 months i have totally cut down my drinking to barely ever and my symptoms continue to get worse, i have symptoms of colon or stomach cancer its scary, when i have bowel movements they are black and tarry and thin pencil like, every day it seems to get worse today is saturday and on monday i see a Gastroenterologist for my stomach but its been a struggle, ive been to the er 5 times in the last two weeks trying to get test done and nothing comes to conclusion with their x rays and CT scans, i feel the only way ill find anything out is with a lower or upper endoscopy.

You're a guy right? Cause if not, you might be pregnant! lol no, seriously though, I have ulcers, I've taken meds for 8 years to control stomach acid. I've vomited blood regularly, I have severe chest pains (ulcer pain) I have stomach problems. Let's just say eating one gram of blow most likely isn't the cause of your stomach problems. Binge drinking f's up my stomach a lot like your describing. Change your diet, don't drink, and I bet you'll feel better.

Relax about the coke...the time frame was too long for the charcoal......have any gastro tests been performed? And did you ever use IV? Symptoms are a little like HCV - could be stomach or liver issues, but not from 1g in a plastic bag - I am more inclined to go with your thoughts of alcohol and junk food. You are doing as much harm to your body with alcohol, poor nutrition, and anxiety as the coke would have done in one line! It does sound very possibly liver related to me....talk to a Doc that can do simple bloodwork for peace of mind about the liver....more diagnostics (endoscope, etc) would be needed to rule out ulcers and that type stuff........but the first protocol in treatment is to remove the offending agent. And that sounds like alcohol right now. Other drugs like prilosec or protonix might be good for interim.....good luck and dont put it off -
