When problems Arise contact Med Help

   I have said this before, just a reminder because we always have new people joining the forum. When there is a problem on the forum, or in your inbox, go down to the bottom of the page you will see where it says "contact med help". Click on that send them a message .Posting it on the board does not get it to the proper place. Members then tend to get upset when med help does not respond to them. When there is an issue on the board, or you are unhappy with something, again use the "contact med help" link. They will get back to you if you use the link. If you put something in your "mood" about you problems they don't see that either.

Just wanted to mention. MedHelp really does read each one of the messages received from the 'Contact Us'. They do want this forum running smoothly.

  They would have to hire a whole lot of people to  work for MH to read all of the daily pms just in this forum let alone all 100 forums .What they have is a filter program it removes certain words every where on the site with the exception of the "moods" I don't know why it doesn't work on them but it doesn't. Some of the words that is blocks are funny . like **** C R A P.

I have a ? for you C........why is it that in our PM's, swear words are not ******** out? I thought they were PERSONAL messages!!! So what is the point for Med-Help to do that? They claim they don't read our PM's so why bleep out a cuss word?
