NASTO, a few days is a small price to pay for your freedom. Good luck, u will be OK - I used thse boards for the first time and it helps, talk about it, get a little support. I am on day 7 and I am feeling quite a bunch better. I have been through quite a bit over the past 7 days but it was not bad compared to the enslavement that I was under. Today is a really good day for me.
