to all of you people who are having a hard time sleeping

going through all this, especially quitting the xanex, i have found it impossible to sleep.  i karmically discovered sleepy time tea (one of the people i waited on at work over heard me telling my boss ' i was just tired cause i could not sleep' and left me a box as a tip)  at first i was pissed because i need money, not tea, but i drank a cup last night ( along with a valariun root vitamin ) and i fell asleep at 12 a.m. ...i would have kept sleeping but i had to wake up too early this morning.  i have just drank another cup and i am definitely feeling tired again.  it was a good solid sleep too.  and trust me, i have struggled with sleep since i was a little girl, i was in a sleep clinic when i was 14 and diagnose with ritualistic sleep disorder.  that's why i was prescribed xanex in the first place.

so if you're struggling to sleep.  try it, sleepy time tea, you can get it at any grocery store.

yeah that is pretty awesome. I used to take tylenol pm's to sleep as a teen and then yellow jacket energy pills with ephedra in them to be awake for school and the day. I tried xanax but it just lingered the next day and made me feel nuts.

seriously try it out...i am the worst at sleeping, the worst at all times and i actually slept last night, for six solid straight hours, my alarm woke me up....cannot tell you the last time that happened.

and i mean look at the way the tea was given to me...that's got to be karma, i never would of thought of it on my own.

Hm i actually might pick it up. I have had trouble sleeping since I was about 13. I am 22 now. I have no control over it, my body does what it wants. Which makes work or school or doing anything a pain in the *** when you have been up long enough that body decides it's finally time to go to bed.
