i was also on trazadone for a brief period and just went off of it cold turkey, never had a problem.....i'm now TRYING to gradually ease into it again (currently taking 50 mg at night for sleep) because i have severe insomnia and it's the "cleanest" drug my doctor could come up with (i.e., not addictive!)  i'm not sure about seroquel....i'm supposed to be on that, too, but i didn't like what i read about the drug....but each to his/her own....so, i'm not sure about the addictive qualities of seroquel....it should be on the internet somewhere though...

good luck and god bless!

I was on Trazodone for years and never had a problem going off of it.  I hope this helps.
