You can do it, stay away from the coke.  Remember it is more mental than physical.  Find a hobby that helps you stay busy, and one that you can see progress while you are working on it,

If ya really wanna quit doin coke, ya may HAVE to quit goin to the pub for a minute. I know when I first start to clean up, alcohol, or usually the club atmosphere, made me wanna score. I quit goin for a few months, till I got my mental willpower up again. I can now have a few drinks and hang awhile, but I still dont get drunk and may be awhile before I can actually get buzzed on alcohol without wanting dope.
People , places , and things. many of us have to change all those before we actually get some clean time accumulated. best of luck to ya!

You ARE stronger than the addiction, you are the one in control. Think about what it would have been like if you had gotten ahold of the cocaine. You would have felt like **** inside and out once you came down. Keep telling yourself that you CAN and WILL beat this demon because you CAN! Have you tried NA meetings? Do you have a support system around you? Maybe next time you get cravings, call a friend or family member (or sponsor) that can talk you through it. And of course, come to the forum if you can't find someone to chat with, or even both if need be. Recovery is one day at a time and relapse doesn't have to be a part of it if you don't let it. I wish you luck and please keep us posted! There are so many people on here that are going through the same thing and together we can all beat addiction. Happy Holidays!
