Try out SMART Recovery. Several of us in here don't do well talking in groups of people in person. I've just started with the group and I love it. Just google it....also google Online Addiction Recovery Groups...there are several others....try them out until you find a good fit.
There are all sorts of them. Search "Meditation for panic attacks".

I'm listening to "Deep Relaxation for Anxiety and Panic Attacks" right now and it is very calming.
Ugh, panic attacks are brutal. I am praying they don't hit me during this withdrawal. I haven't checked it out yet but apparently there are some fantastic videos on youtube that can help you through.
I am going to check it out and I will tell you the name of them shortly.
