Clean in 2014

Happy New Year to all!
I've officially surpassed my hours I had a couple weeks ago.
I am now at 53.5 hours!
One hour more than before.
Holding strong...
Just took my melatonin and calms forte and going to try and hop in bed .
Here's to a great new year y'all!

So proud of myself! First...I'm at 65.5 hours!!!
Second....I just forced myself to get up and do a load of laundry and vacuum. I must say vacuuming was sort of mini workout. And I think it helped!
So now I'm resting but hopefully can force myself to get up and clean the kitchen next.
One amazing thing I've noticed....
I look at my son and now I truly feel things. I feel his smile, his warmth, his laugh....
I realize now what I have been doing to him..and me.
It hurts my heart to know that for this long I haven't truly felt him.
But better late than never...right?
It's giving me a push to stay strong in this.
He needs me to be HERE...present.

I had new years completely clean too. Holidays are big triggers for me this early I guess. I've been trying to get clean since Nov 10, but slipped up on thanksgiving and right after Christmas. But I made it through this one clean, enjoying my kids, watching new years eve specials doing fireworks with the kids, reading the first Stephanie plum book, and cooking lots and cleaning...yes I had to do alot to distract myself, but it worked and I really enjoyed the new year clean!
I hope and wish and pray that 2014 is an awesome year for us all!
In 2014 I wanna be clean!
