                     I've read that Tramadol & Suboxone together can cause precipitated withdrawal which is a horrific experience. I certainly wouldn't try it myself. If the Tramadol isn't sufficiently gone from your system the Suboxone's more powerful receptor affinity will cause full blown wd's.
                    
                      What's going on? Are you trying to come off of Tramadol? Try a taper w./ your doctor before going on to a nasty med like Suboxone.

I would think that suboxone blocks the effects of tramadol.

I generally would not suggest but maybe you should run it by your doctor
