To sleep tonight or not? That is my question....

Well, it's about 8:30pm where I am, took my Tylenol Pm's, and praying when I fall asleep, I STAY asleep,
I always went to sleep early, around 9m because I had to get up early for work. I woke up around 4 or 5, made coffee, exercised, listened to music, showered, make-up, hair....the whole shebang. It was a piece of cake. I lost my job a couple of years ago due to lay-offs. I hurt my back, had a lot of teeth extractions, and had a lot of pills to ease my pain. Physically and mentally. Mentally for me more than anything. Nothing bothered me. That's when my addiction started. About 3 years ago. Well, that's about it for tonight, after 2 nights of no sleep, I pray to God I sleep good tonight. Otherwise...I'll talk to you in a little while...

I am proud of you too...
My pain mgmt. Dr. prescribed me Clonidine for anxiety and Heart Rate.
I wonder if it really works...Any knowledge on this med?

High 5 on 10 days clean.
Slept all night too. I know I can do this!
I've wasted too much time and money and life already. I don't want to waste anymore time. It's too precious!

Thank you for the sleeping dust last night. I slept the whole night with a slight break in sleep. Very grateful.

Alteril works GREAT for me for sleep. I sleep every night now, at least 7 hours. Only taking 2 Alteril.. (you can purchase from Walgreens)... CONGRATULATIONS On DAY 9!!!! Soon you will be caught up with me! : O )

You are doing great! Congrats on 9 days! Sleep aids made everything worse for me in the beginning! I did take melatonin but I think exhaustion finally took over! Lol! Sleep is much better for me these days! So IT DOES GET BETTER! you just have to hang in there!

Oh my gosh . .  the smell thing!  It was like I just could not get away from it; couldn't really recognize WHAT the smell was, but it wasn't nice.  Even after a shower, back it would come!  Was it me or just something in the air?  Who knew?  But the great thing is - this too will pass.  It should let up very, very soon :))

Yeah, the weird aches and pains are normal. It should pass fairly quickly. I hated the heightened sense of smell! I was smelling all kinds of yucky smells and they would gag me! It also levels off a bit with time.

I have been having weird aches and pains too. Ear ache, my tongue hurts and burns and my sense of smell is so acute.
