unable to sleep on time

i am unable to sleep on time
doctorhas given me clotas 2 one tablet daily at night
please let me know that will it become my habit to take that tablet daily
without taking thatb i am unable to sleep on time
late night at 2 or 3 am i goes to alepp if i will not take that tablet

I am not familiar with that drug but I do know that you can become used to taking something at night. I took valium to sleep and when I stopped, I couldn't get to sleep on time to save my life:-)
