Achiness Nd being moody

I am on day 8 being off the Vicodin. Not doing too bad pain wise. I was just wondering if anyone one else is having the aches in the joints. Also, how long do these mood swings last? Any advice or input would be appreciated.

Thank you for your reply.  I find myself listening to a lot of music when my mood is blah. But it does help. I am starting to get my "natural energy" back also.  I just don't feel ready to go anywhere yet.  I have also been using a moist heating pad if the showers don't help. I rather have the achiness than the horrible pain I was starting to get from the vicodin.  As long as I know what I'm feeling is normal, I can deal with it.  Thanks again!

my mood swings lasted a while and i sometimes still get them at 47 days , but what i can tell you it gets a little better everyday , i usually take a hot bath listen to some music and exercise and tomorrow is my first appt with my Addiction Counselor so i can learn to deal with the stress and mood swings good luck and congrats on 8 days its awesome!
