Maybe you can get him to read this forum.  Tell him that you are concerned about him.  It  really is his decision.  I hate to say it, but that's just the reality of it.  Good luck.  Come back and let us know how it goes if you decide to talk to him about it.

well someone very dear to me is on soma and vicoden there taking about 20 soma a day and about 10 or more vicoden they have a lot to lose i am affaid the soma are going to hit them really bad i need to find a way for him to make that frist step

my sis is in deep with crack, drugs, whatever she can get high on. ive been sober 27 yrs. and she always tells me 'how can u stay sober with all the b.s. you went thru? she and i went thru all types of abuses, specially sexual abuse growing up. i offer her phone numbers and brochures. she still doesnt reach out. all we can do is hope. may you be strong , to thy own self be true. it will happen if its meant.
