When you go into withdrawal, your body is at an absolute low in regards to health. Just like if you are massively hung over and tired, yet have to work, your chances of becoming sick are high. This is the same type of scenario. It could easily be part of the w/d but could also be a result of the w/d. Either way, take good care of yourself!!

Yes....no worries. It's normal! Hope you got some sleep and are doing well today!
I don't know about a fever.. but I still get the cold sweats from time to time.. After a month, I got 3 detox symptoms back for 2 days.. not as severe, but definitely not my imagination..
During detox, for sure.. Fever was present..
Low grade fever can be part of withdrawal. If you google vicodin withdrawal, or norco withdrawal fever etc it is listed as a withdrawal symptom. It happens to me also. If it persists or you have any other symptoms like sore throat, etc anything that would make you think you have an infection going on then deffinately see the doc :) I noticed for me the fever goes up at night and is lower during the day.
Good Luck & God Bless!
