you can get it at wal-mart, any drug store, or even the health food store. It is pretty cheap. I can't remember the exact aisle it is on but there are few different hyland's products at the health food store, they are homeopathic remedies. They have everything from teething to leg cramps. I would just go to whatever is closest and ask someone, even if they get annoyed, I know how some places are, they don't like to help customers. But then there are some that are great. Don't be afraid to ask for them, many people get leg cramps and restless legs for many different reasons. BTW, there are both "restful legs" and "leg cramps." I have tried both, I think the restful legs are probably better, but I take either one.
