when does RLS aubside PLEASE
i am in my first day 16 hr into CT an i cant take the stomacch cramps and thr RLS in my arms especialli, pl;ease help me
If you can get somebody to pick you up some Calcium-Magnesium tablets with Zinc it would help. Also banannas until you chirp like a chimp. RLS nailed me but has finally subsided as quick as it came.
Damn Brutha--Ur having a rough time. Have u taken the Valium yet? That should have helped...

Congrats on getting your life back. The RLS is no fun but there are things you can do. Hot baths or showers help. They also make a supplement for this too. Its called Hylands and Walmart carries it i know. Try and get up and move around as much as you can....You can do this! sara
