2 weeks and still.moving forward
Just checking in. Two weeks today! Happy dance. My fibro is rearing its ugly head but im just fighting thru the pain. My anxiety is still pretty high but again just listening to my body. Thanks for all the help.and support.
Today feels so long but I just have to remind myslef how fat I have come. And advil takes the worst of my pain and makes it manageable. Just have to keep putting one foot in front of the.other. oh and my therapist said to make sure to give yourself credit for all the good that I have done.
