will I go thru wd all over again..? I relapsed today which was day 4 of detox!?
As u all kno I began detox Monday..& surprisingly ot went ok for the most part. .nothing like my first detox last time im guessing bc I was detoxing last time from 7 years and this time it was just 4 months or it might hav been bc the first time was alot stronger pills than what I had been perscribed this time. However today I was cleaning the house and found a 30 mg pill & took it I feel so stupid. My ? Is does this mean tom i will go thru wd all over again? ?? I sure hope not I could hav Swore I had gotten rid of them all. I kno I will hav to start over with being clean again but I dont want to go thru wd all over again? ? Any insight.?? Yall hav been a lifesaver thru all of this & my saving grace..plz help

Remove all obstacles. Set yourself up for success. One pill is not going to throw you into physical withdrawal. You need to focus on why you did this. Get help.
Sorry this happened to you and I know you are kicking yourself... You put in some hard work to get to day 4 and then you slipped... I know it ***** but it happens and don't beat yourself up... As far as the WDs -- I don't know but I think I would have to agree with the others that you will have to deal with it again at some level... Anyway, I just wanted to lend my support in hopes that you choose to look at this as a bump in the road instead of a reason to go back to using.. I mean Kyle and the others said it all and I don't think you need another person telling you what you already know.. Like I said don't look at this as failure but instead look at it as a reminder of how focused and on guard we addicts need to be at all times during our recovery.. If you gat back on course you will be at day 4 again before you know it -- then day 10, 20, 30 , and beyond... Remember it's NOT about how we fall, it's how we choose to get up... You know what to do and I am really pulling for you to DO IT!!!
I'm sure it's scary, because most addicts get hung up on the w/ds more than anything. One pill will likely not cause you to have full blown w/ds again, but like the others said, it's impossible to say. Most likely, you'll just have some mild symptoms to contend with.
The other advice you got is very important. You have to start putting up roadblocks, put a plan in place for these kinds of things. While you may not purposely expose yourself to pills, there WILL be circumstances where you will have to deal with it, like this, finding one stashed away, finding someone's Rx bottle in their bathroom, being offered one, etc. You have to start working on a plan to learn how to prevent relapse. Put a plan in place for exactly WHAT you're going to do in those moments.
Put your focus on the plan versus worrying about w/d.

Damn, I do remember the fear sorry Chanel. It's been awhile for me. I know it's scary facing WD's. Yes you will WD. I don't feel it'll be quite as bad physically since you've weaned it for a few days though.
A little. FOCUS ON WHY YOU USED, NOT WITHDRAWING AGAIN. Are you in it until you get married? Short term? It's up to you.

There is no answer really, you essentially weaned a bit and delayed your detox. It won't be as bad but it will be.

You are back at day one. All you've really done is prolong the detox, BUT, more importantly, you've shown yourself that if pills are available you will take them. That should be your focus right now. What happens, let's say, on day ten when you come across another pill, or someone offers you one?
Your head is in control, and you will continue to relapse if you keep listening to the lies it is telling you. I would have done the same thing on day four of my detox, and that's because during this time we are weak and are being controlled by our addict minds. Get rid of your meds. Understand that you are going to relapse again if you don't change your intent and outlook about using.
