Update day 3

I'm now on my third day without any pain pills! I am doing great and have no doubt I'm done for good with pain pills. Keeping my eye on the prize has kept my spirits high (sober life with my fiancée, Son, and the blessing we have on the way.) I have so much more life to live to be constantly worried about pills!!!! I just have to say anybody that feel discouraged because they are scared of the withdrawls you can do it!!! If I can I know you can!!! If you follow the Thomas recipe you WILL succeed...it has TREMENDOUSLY  dulled my withdrawls. I'm so excited to have my life back.

Are you taking prenatal vitamins, as well?  I do hope you get yourself checked by your OB...Rapidly tapering and cold turkey withdrawal in pregnancy can be dangerous.

Only thing I'm taking from the Thomas recipe is the vitamins didn't use the Xanax for sleeping

Thank you everybody. I am going on day 4 in 3 1-2  hours. Feeling a little down today bit not too bad once I get up moving around..and dominosarah no I have never had a prescription for pain pills...

Have you discussed the Thomas Recipe with your doctor?  Does he/she know about you taking pills?

Hi  just wanted to drop by and tell you great work and congrats on 3 days the best advise I got.........get out to a N/A meeting just google one in your area....Keep pushing forward in a few days you will fell a lot better.................................Gnarly...................................................

Congratulations on day 3!! I too found that with the Thomas Recipe I felt really good because in the past when I ran out I was a bi**h to deal with, but when I took all the vitamins when I quit I was in good spirits and easy to deal with. Good luck and keep pushing forward :)
