about 5 to 6 weeks ago i had stopped taking pills for about 3 days, i had cold chills, goose bumps, couldnt sleep, no appetite. Should the withdrawal symptoms be the same this time around since it wasnt to long ago. This time im seriously stopping, i dont want this **** in my life im to GOOD for it!!  My ammount has gone up slightly though.

sad to say yes it will be as bad I've watched my husband go through it almost every month for along time.  You want to stop this cycle talk to your doctor they can be a big help.  If you can't talk to a doctor then do your research and come up with a plan to taper to minimize the withdrawal.  I hope that you have  a support system to help you though this it's along road but you can do it.

Yes,they'll be about the same. Here are a few suggastions:

Get some Immodium for diarrhea. It works on many levels as it contains an opiate and although that doesn't cross the blood/brain barrier,it really helps withdrawals. Take DMX as found in cold tablets for RLS and Hylands Restfull Legs. Take hot baths;feels wonderful.  Start taking a good multi vitamin,extra B6 and 12,cal/mag supplement,water,juices,banans and apples.  Be sure to eat...no too many sweets or caffeine...

You'll be fine!
