Day 4 weening down on percocet.This is my third try, My head feels like it is going to explode and my neck is killing me anyone else having these symptoms?

Very short time ago, yes, I did have similar symptoms. Can you take ibuprophen? How about getting into a hot bath? Well, not exactly explode but I did have pulsing headache and I imagine it was my blood pressure that was up, which is common but can be serious. Is it that bad? Some people were prescribed clonidine for BP. Just want to make sure you are aware. I also had neck pain. So I hope that just knowing it's not uncommon helps. Congrats on 4 days!! You are almost there..give it a couple more and you should be feeling a whole lot better physically.
HI withdrawals come in many flavors for most of us its like a bad cace of the flu but there is always some symptom worst then others read the other posts you will get an idea of what your embarking on stay hydrated take a hot soak for most of the symptoms go at this with a positive attitude it means the difference between discomfort and suffering this is 1/3 physical 2/3 mental be ready to fight on both fronts get comfortable with the saying
''you just got to be ok without being ok for a wile'' this to shall pass the symptoms are only temporary give this about 4 or 5 days and you will feel a lot better and no longer be chained to a pill bottle any more keep posting for support good luck and God bless.........Gnarly
