Day four! Still really depressed, bad panic attacks, cant face ppl yet. I did take a shower today thanks to beach. lol
ohhhhhh forgot how great it feels to be clean. Now I have to think of another excuse to keep my husband away!lol
I'm at day 14. the panic attacks are fewer, and I'm doing much better going out and facing people..a coworker (who is aware of what I've been dealing with) remarked today that it's good to see the old Jim back, which made me feel good.

me too...he blames it on being older....but I know there are like guys in their 60's that are still up for it. My Dad is like 65 and has a young wife and he acts like a stud....
