I have not been to the site in months and over the past weekend I was at the beach at sunrise in So.Cal and for the first time in so many years it was a huge deal for me. I've been off PK for 220 days now and as I read all the new posts all I can say is I took 40-50 MG of NORCO everyday for 5 plus years and when I quit the first month was so %$#@!& all I can say never never give in it will SUCK the vomit the aches the RLS RAS water running out the bottom as fast as you add it to the top. I did it on a friday and MAN was monday hell I barely made that week by the skin of my teeth I still think of the pills now and then but I will never ever go back no matter what.  I wish all you dealing with what I and many others have done. and if it helps do it for your wife, son , daughter mom,dad and most important YOU life will be so much more the pill are nothing you ar everything..................................
