Meth and pregnancy

I am 6 months pregnant and used meth two day a week for te first 3 1/2 months ... I planned on getting an abortion but couldn't do it.. I now use it 1-2 times per month...I am scared to death about what I have done to this child.... There are no abnormalities at each check up... What side effects have you seen?

As you long as you take no more narcotics until delivery, you can rest easy. You most likely have caused absolutely no permanent damage to your precious child.As long as you do not use ant more, the baby will not be born in withdrawal. Again, that is if you do not take any more narcotics. Please take good care of yourself, it is very easy to relapse, and you have to be strong for yourself and your young family.
