Tired of this addiction with OC

Ok i been on my forth day of WD from being and addict for two years from OC's. I was wondering is alright to take vita packs to help with my detox?

There are no contraindications for vitamins and oxy detox.  What specifically are you concerned with and are you taking mega doses of anything?   Out of curiosity what was the average dose of oxy that you were taking?

i was taking from at least 80mg to 240mg a day. and there been days where i will do more. but i havent took any vitamins yet. i was jus wondering will it help with my WD?

Dr Junig will most likely tell you that vitamims do not help. But let him tell you that. I feel that there are some vitamin/supplements that will help.  Possibly even a psychological step that is as much mental as biological. We are so used to taking a pill and receiving immediate results that we wish for that to happen.  And the mind is a very powerful thing....
