Voluntary weening from Suboxone

I have had to ween myself off of Suboxone because of a loss of insurance.

Haven't taken any for a couple weeks, but am still having the restless legs pretty bad and sneezing. Sneezing I can handle, but the restless legs is keeping me from sleeping, or even making it through a normal day without "pacing".

My home health care nurse gave me this website, and said there was vitamins I could take to help with the leg fidgets. Can you help ??

Sometimes B12 and magnesium can help restless legs due to deficiency. But when you are dealing with withdrawal, then there is not much other than hot baths and some walking. The good news is that Suboxone withdrawal usually lasts 3 weeks, so you should be almost done with the symptoms.
I wish you a speedy recovery..All the best!

Thank you again.
