With Adrenal Fatigue can you get a bloated stomach that looks pregnant
Peggy64 - is there anything a person can do to lower their cortisol? I suffer from adrenal fatigue so wouldn't trying to lower cortisol make me worse?
Yes, I wake with a stomach looking like this! It's awfull, my life has been very stressful and even though I try to exercise daily, it's not always possible. I'm not overweight but my belly looks like I'm 9 months pregnant and I'm not even trying to make it look like that!
Can't fit into any of my clothes and will go see a doctor in two weeks, perhaps there is something he can do?? I dunno no....

I can testify to that one!! That is how I look, and I have high cortisol levels, not high enough to be Cushings, but high enough to wreak havoc in my life.
