Daily Total Dose of Hydrocortisone.

How much hydrocortisone do you folks take per day?  Did any of you take a higher daily dose per day formerly and then lower it to your current dose?  If so, did it take awhile to adjust to the lower dose?  Thanks.

I take 15-20 daily, divided doses of HC. I also take salt, florinef and DHEA to help replace other adrenal functions (as well as a lot of other hormones).
I had Cushing's before, so my body made a higher dose. It was an adjustment. Not a pleasant one.

Hi Kim
They initially started me on 15mg's but my blood pressure went up. I am now
on 10 mg's but still get some days were I am exhausted. Going back to spec next
week.
