HIgh cortisol +arm tingling

It seems that when my cortisol runs high, My arms start tingling. It is the weirdest feeling. Does anyone else have this problem or have any ideas or treatment suggestion? I am trying to do most things natural if possible.

My son complained a lot about arm and hand tingling, and sometimes pain, He takes dexamethasone. I assumed it was because of his overuse of the computer (up to 16 hours a day sometimes!) and poor posture. Since adding more magnesium to his daily meds, it doesn't seem to be happening as often.

Totally different type of tingling, but thanks.

I did some research and this is pretty common with cortisol issues.

It sounds like a nerve issue rather than a cortisol issue to me...
Do you correlate testing to the tingling?

I've been dealing with this long enough to know. And probably the same way you know when you are  :c)

My arm tingles just around the forearm and a bit up the elbow. Its not a neuro issue. Doesn't happen all the time.

I hate to say this - but how do you know when your cortisol runs high? I used to have cyclical Cushing's and used to try to "catch highs" for testing, and frankly, I never caught them - in other words, when I thought I was high and did a saliva test, it would come out normal or low. I found that in reality, I was highest when I felt best, not worst. How is it for you?

Is it just the arm, or the whole arm and hand? Have you seen a neurologist for any testing?
