Day 7 and 8

Did not have time to post yesterday.  Still alcohol free.  Went to dinner at a friend's house.  Had diet ginger ale.  Others around me only had two drinks if that.  I think surrounding myself with people that don't drink or drink very little will be the key to success.  It actually wasn't that big of a deal and I felt great waking up this morning!

my favorite mixed drink is ginger ale on the rocks w/splash of 100% cranberry juice!:)keep up the good work!!!!!

Congratulations on your Day 8 Runner!!!! Soon you won't miss it a bit, I promise. I've got 13+ , as well as my husband, and we now drink those 8 glasses of water that's always being recommended. Also, there are so many incredible virgin mixed drinks that you can start to make and get to love, like ibzan's favorite. You're doing a wonderful thing for your family. Keep up the great work!!!!
