I doubt youi'll get seizures, but I'm not a doctor. If you can't sleep, try some over the counter stuff, like Unisom or Benadryl. It usually helped me when I was going through withdrawals to take luke warm baths to relax. I also drank Peptobismol to help the feelings of sickness. I think you'll be fine, if you fell ******, but not TOO ******, you just have to wait it out. Kindly./ Pia

Hi,
I know from other posts that you binge drink and have been on a 4 day binge
Can you give us more on your drinking habits, your doctor should have prescribed meds to help prevent seizures (they happen in the first few hours but can also be triggered by anxiety there after) and withdrawals.

DT’S can vary from mild hand tremors to severe hallucinations with psychotic behaviour and even death.

The sleep can be due to racing thoughts.
