My spouse of 10 years was 6 years sober when we meet. He started drinking 4 years ago. We have a two year old. We are both not exactly sure how that happened

I'm believe his liver kidneys and pancreas are failing. These symptoms have been present since March? He is a good man with a bad addiction. I'm at a loss.
