what to do?

my boyfriend blacked out for almost 12 hours and has no memory.  He woke up naked and told me a friend of ours drove him home.  she also has claimed blacking out.  neither are sure if they had sex.  very strange.  what can he do to prove sexual contact with her? tests?

Welcome to the forum...  Myself I could not determine if they had sex our not But what I would be more concerned with is that my BF was a drunk that blacks out and wakes up naked also your friend ? Listen honey you do not want to start your life with a alcoholic.  These kinds of questions you will have all the time and many more then just this.. Life is too short to have to go thru it like that Find a mate that does not wake up in a drunken stupor with no memory ok and get a better friend for a friend would not go get dead drunk with your bf. Unless she is a virgin which would have to be proved by a vaginal exam that she would have to agree to which would show an intact hymen.Would he or she pay for this?Another thing to consider is that various forms of sexual contact could have occurred,but unless they can produce the clothing they wore and would consent to DNA testing performed upon their dried body fluids upon the clothing..and again this is costly.......I think you might not have a case!
