Am i got allergies

Question

I am a 15 years old Boy that have a rash\or allergies in my genital area its start when my pubic hair grow and got a itchy brownish dot in my right side of my genital area then i shave my pubic hair and use Dr. Wong`s Soap then its became more and itchy, bigger then it spread into my arms and legs but my body got only few little dots and in my neck 

in that rash\or allergies in my genital area in release a water or something and when its dry it became like a dead skin or something and when im removing it cant remove


Plz dr`s Help me from my problem

Hi, welcome to the forum, allergy can be possibility but strong possibility is hidradenitis suppurativa.  Commonly manifest as groin disease, as well as axillary lesions. Tere can be itching, redness and local sweating. Occlusion of a hair follicle can cause a firm, pea-sized nodule or cyst, similar to the comedones of acne that can rupture spontaneously and discharge material. As the area heals, it becomes dry and new nodules develop adjacent to the original lesions. 

In such cases topical antibiotics cream like clindamycin against prescription can be quiet useful as there can be associated infection. This condition needs to be differentiated from herpes infection and molluscum contagiosum. Usually it is associated with pain and needs antiviral therapy. Even scabies should be ruled out.

If above conditions are excluded then possibility of allergy can be taken into consideration. Drugs like corticosteroids topical and oral anti-histaminics against prescription, which may help to alleviate these symptoms. I suggest you to consult physician. Take care and regards.
