Me toooo

I am having the same eye problem as everyone else, I thought I was the only one.  It started last year, I have gotten a circular red scaly sore under my right eye, It lasted 2 months.  I stopped using Dr. Pericome  under eye treatment and started putting Cortisone cream, and it went away.  I went back to my daily facial treatments. This month it came back again with a vengeance.  My skin is sensitive as it is since I am an insulin dependent Diabetic for the last 16 years.  Now my skin is so red, sensitive, scaly, and it looks like I have 3 bags under both eyes.  And, I think it has moved to my left arm, I have a small circular, irritated dry skin patch that I never had before.  It is not ringworm. I know what ringworm looks like and this is not it.  I am scheduled to see my doc in 3 days but I am afraid!  What is this???
