You should not, but a qualified physician should, to avoid a disfiguring result
Hi, welcome to the forum, there is trauma and formation of hematoma secondary to injury to the toe. Small hematomas can be managed expectantly, while large collections must be drained, usually by opening up all or part of the wound. If there is no evidence of infection, the wound may be closed immediately.
You should not puncture the wound as you may inoculate the pathogens leading to infection. Hence, the procedure has to be done in a sterilized environment. I suggest you to consult surgeon. Take care and regards.
i wouldnt advise it but if u are going to use a sterile needle and cover it with alcohol and a bandage until it heals
