Sinus allergies/inflammation for 10+ years with body/joint pain. Cause?

33 y/o Male. Married. 250 lbs.  Average height.  Inactivate lifestyle- mostly computer related work.  Trying to get more exercise into routine- jogging on treadmill for a mile once every day or two.  Non-smoker.  Non-drinker.  Not currently taking any medications.  2x cats.  1x dog.  Live on West Coast.

For the last ten or more years I have had on-going sinus congestion  I haven't been able to pin it down to a single issue as to the cause, however I have had 3x different sinus surgeries to attempt to correct it, along with a balloon sinuplasty about two months ago.  Prior to the last treatment I was having a lot of mucus (I mean a LOTTTTT- where if it was loose enough I would get globs to come out/other times completely stuffed up), however it now seems to just be sinus inflammation, as he was to open upper sinuses up to allow more drainage.

I had been getting allergy shots for two years prior. Nothing seems to work.  During the bulk of my sinus allergies I was a frequent Afrin user/abuser- though thankfully no long-term damage.  Unfortunately anything else I tried didn't work as well.  It's expensive and horrible, but it was a necessary evil.  I quickly became immune to other medications/treatments, and trust me when I say that I tried EVERYTHING.  Sinus steroids (which brought on anxiety), every type of pseudoephedrine/decongestant, saline solutions, neti pots, homeopathic treatments, and even acupuncture.  Nothing seems to address it.  After my last visit to my ENT, he said that I needed to stop using Afrin (which I always did 2x months prior to any of my other sinus surgeries as well , and still didn't get any sort of benefit from it.  I have had three or four different allergy tests, and each time they throw at me random results.  Everything from cockroaches, to Elm/Oak trees, to even corn.  I don't get it.

Currently not taking anything, other that perhaps an ibuprofen now and again.  Coupled with all of this, I'm also having joint pains and cracking, along with just generally feeling sore- often times either in upper or lower back.  I have poor posture, and have a Tempurpedic mattress.

For the last two years I have also been having circulatory issues in my legs and feet.  A lot of knee pain if I'm working at the computer for long period of time.

I feel like when I try to research what might be wrong here, I am bombarded by too much information- and which is often times waaaay off base.  Anyway, I have never posted to one of these forums, however my hope is that someone out there might possibly make a suggestion that I haven't thought of.

My latest attempt at solving all of this was getting a prescription for something to try and counteract Candida (thinking that might be a potential cause), but no positive results after taking a week-long oral prescription for treatment.  My wife suggests that it might be wheat-based, however again, no conclusive results from it.

Thank you for any suggestions, and I appreciate the help!
