tattoo allergy leading to postive ANA?
I have tattoo on my right foot, 2 years old, severe allergic reaction to red ink. TX with topical steroids and then injections with no improvement. I plan to have it surgically removed. while trying to schedule this, I am told I have a positive ANA / titer patterning for CREST. Could the tattoo allergy lead this positive testing? I have zero other symptoms.
