Thank you everyone. I appreciate your input and suggestions, everything helps at this point. allmymarbles, I do very much so I agree it's some unknown pathogen. Perhaps it had arose from her old Jellyfish sting and the Jellyfish had injected her with some bacteria.. who knows. Of course along with these random ailments she has slowly been deteriorating due to her over medicating.
She also used to inject herself inter muscularly with morphine and gravol so that became an issue too. Now she suffers from random bouts of cellulitis and flesh eating disease! It's terrible... She's in the hospital at least once every two weeks. Her eating habits on top of that are terrible, she's depressed, anxiety ridden and smokes like a chimney.
It's just so disheartening no one knows what to do to help her...
Chew 5 corriander seeds, very slowly, so it mixes with the saliva.

By the way, there's a homeopathic remedy called nux vomica that might help with the vomiting without interfering with medications -- inexpensive and worth a try. Ridgecrest Herbals makes a good migraine remedy, but I don't know how it will do in your case, it being unusual.
Migraines themselves will induce vomiting, or the urge to vomit. So it might be a side effect of the migraine. Migraines are caused by problems with constriction of the blood vessels, but the cause of migraines can be from various causes. In this case, I might see a naturopath or holistic nutritionist and try a liver cleanse -- might be too late to do that, however, and to do that she would first have to stop taking medication, since liver cleansing washes out some of the medication with it. Opiates, while reducing migraine pain, don't deal with the underlying blood vessel constriction, while other medications and some natural remedies do. Meditation can also be very helpful for migraines -- got rid of mine completely, but mine weren't caused by the introduction of a toxin. With many people, a migraine follows a period of anxiety; when the person relaxes, the larger blood vessels start to relax first while the smaller ones lag, and it's this constriction in the smaller blood vessels that causes the migraine. Think of it like a little stroke, with less severe consequences. So the goal is to get the blood flowing at a nice regular rhythm, and keep the blood vessels toned and relaxed. Sufficient magnesium is essential for this, for one thing. But since the cause of this seems to be unusual, dealing with it is probably going to be different than dealing with more normal causes, and my first thought would have been to try to cleanse the toxin out of my body.
