It would be unlikely that the bone flap would move because such movement cause injury to the menges and brain matter. Besides, the bone pain would be unimaginable if it moved to that degree.
More likely, you may be noticing the defect due to variable moisture content and cleaniness of hair. If this defect is bothersome to look at by you, you could seek additional professional help by consulting a plastic surgeon. This could be a expensive proposition that most likely won't be covered by health insurance.
I go back to my original suggestion that the majority of people won't notice the defect and besides so what if they do it's their problem you have your inner beauty. Good luck and keep strong.

What you are noticing is normal for post operative clipping surgery. Most )99%) of people won't notice the defect so don't worry about it.
