Nyquil, unless it's changed, is mostly alcohol, so be careful with some of that stuff. I stick to the natural remedies for colds and flu to avoid the high alcohol content and sedative properties of cold and flu remedies in the drug store, and some decongestants have stimulants in them that can cause anxiety.
Personally, I think it makes perfect sense and I hope you will take her advice. Pharmacists are DOCTORS of PHARMACOLOGY.............if she had any doubts, the data she has available at her fingertips would give her the information.
You could always call another pharmacist for a second opinion but I'm pretty sure it's going to be exactly the same.

Talked to my pharmacist, she said advil and tylenol are ok. Nyquil needs to be spaced out from the clonazepam because of the antihistamines. She didn't seem too knowledgeable though. Does that sound right to you?
dont take anything that makes you sleepy!!! clonazepam is a sedative as is the active ingredient in cold medicines that are labelled drowsy or night time, avoid.
Ask your pharmacist to be absolutely sure there will be no interactions.

you should be able to take anything...if you read into it, nothing says you cant take other medication. it just says to not drink alchohol
