Anxiety, it never ends.

I have had anxiety issues going on for a few years. Despite CBT treatment and medication, I always find something to be the cause of my anxiety. This time around its STIs. Despite not having sex with a random hook up and only kissing and receiving  protected oral sex, I have a great fear of having contracted something. Every body sensation raises my fear and as you can imagine, I feel strange sensations in my penis. (no discharge, no warts).

So yes, I know that rationally, I am not infected but that isn't stopping my mind from manifesting various symptoms that are taking away the qualify of life I could be enjoying.

Advice,  anyone? Doctor is not an option at the moment.

It's just so difficult to take control of it. No matter how many numbers I crunch in regards to odds and no matter how many times I tell myself I wore a condom and didn't have vaginal sex, the symptoms continue. I'm in day eight with no real, tangible symptoms but I can't calm down.

Well, use your CBT training.  Talk yourself out of it, if you can.  Since you know you have no real problem, don't do anything about it, and you'll find that it has disappeared as an issue -- though you might have moved on to another issue!
