Anxiety, lasts all day & into the morning

I'm a 24 year old female who recently started experiencing severe anxiety, to my knowledge. About 11 months ago I went on birth control to help cope with my severe menstrual cycle and acne flare ups. While it did cure my acne, I started having panic attacks. Almost every day. I eventually made a trip to the ER where they ran several tests and took CT scans. Everything came back normal and I was told it's anxiety. I quickly linked the anxiety to my birth control and went off of it in April. The anxiety substantially subsided and I thought I was done with it! I went to see my doctor as well as my cardiac specialist to be certain there was no underlying health issues. Potassium levels were on the low side, but other than that, normal.

It is now July, and as of a week ago, my anxiety seems to have come back in full force. My boyfriend, now fiancé, recently proposed. I am in the midst of now planning a wedding, along with recent work complications and worrying about finishing college and my future. Could this be causing my anxiety yet again?

My heart starts racing, pounding almost. And that's what triggers it. I start to get short of breath to the point of feeling like I may just stop breathing. Along with this comes light headedness, nausea, tingling hands, shakiness, chest pains, etc...I often think this will never subside and its extremely haunting. When I get these flare-ups, they often last the entire day and night and into the morning when I wake up. Is this normal? Also, the next day I feel very weak, sore and achy. Every bone and muscle in my body aches. My chest esp.

I refuse to take any prescription antidepressants as the side effects are life threatening. Does anyone experience this also/have any coping tips/natural cures?

Thanks for Your Help!
