Wow, sorry to hear about your health problems. Bless your heart.
I agree with the first commenter.
I would like to add: Alot of people only associate the word "withdrawal" with illegal drugs (i.e. cocaine, crack) as well as some prescription narcotics. Some people forget that antidepressants also cause some pretty horrendous side effects when stopped abruptly - sometimes even worse. I'm not saying you (pixiangelj) think this - I just feel like mentioning that here while it's on my mind. I weaned myself off of my Lexapro a few months back but evidently didnt wean myself long enough...boy did I get sick! I hope you feel better soon!! :)

Hello... I am not on here to give you advice, because I don't think I can seeing I am only a teenager, so for that I think you shouls pay attention to the previous comment... BUt I actually have this too... everytime after I eat, I get anxious I am not sure why.. Its so weird... and I don't have any medical condition that it can be a side affect from.. hehe :)
ANyway, I wish you luck in sorting the problem out... :)
When I suffered Paxil withdrawal I had a lot of trouble handling foods I'd eaten easily before that. Quitting these meds abruptly, as you did, causes a bad withdrawal. Going back on the drug should have ended the withdrawal, but that doesn't mean you won't have some lingering problems. Also keep in mind that wellbutrin is a stimulating antidepressant and isn't for that reason usually used if anxiety is the main problem, which after going into withdrawal because of your doctor's all too common bad advice has become more significant for you, so that could be playing a role. My guess is this should eventually pass, but you may be conditioned to this psychologically now so you might need some therapy work here. Next time, taper off slowly, as slowly as you need, because you never know when a bad withdrawal will happen and the brain can cause weird side effects you never had before as it tries to adapt back to working naturally.
