Anxiety after hospitalization

I was admitted to the hospital with a bad case of the flu.  After two days I had gotten a lot better,  but I started getting restless at the hospital,  I just wanted to leave.  It was an awful feeling of restlessness and anxiety and I thought it would be over once I got home but it didn't.  I got home and I can't eat,  I can't watch TV I can't do  anything without getting this awful feeling like I have to get up and do something else.  I have no idea what it is,  I only know my heart rate is up to about 100bpm when it's normally at about 70. I can sleep either because this feeling just take sober. I'm going through he'll. HELP

Did they give you any pain meds or some type of medication. Usually the meds they give you help you from the time being and you can have bad after affects or you can go though serious withdraw with some hardcore meds even if you took it once or a small amount.

Know the feeling no stranger to anxiety here.
Yiur cortisol levels are up the roof and if you just had the flu I bet you still have bad bacteria in yiur gut which causes alost all diseases and especially anxiety. Take a natural supplements called goldenseal with oil of oregano. For anxiety taken an adaptagen . My favorite is rhodiola Rosea or ashwaganda. They lower cortisol and high blood pressure or heart beat. Should be fine . Your not sleeping because your adrenal glands are over run which induces high cortisol. Try it out don't go to big pharma please yiu will also get healthy in the process
