I tend to check things several times to assure myself things are done right. I also wring my hands a lot. I too take Klonopin. Can't live with it and can't live without it.
Now that you mention it yes, besides smoking which I plan to quit in the fall....still setting my quit date...when I sit and if I am anxious I subconsciously twist my legs around each other which I don't realize until I feel pain either in my legs or groin. The other thing that I do to stop this is stand up and do stuff which seems to occupy my mind and distract me rather than sit and have the period last longer.
I once knew someone that chewed their lips (with no gum) when they got bouts of anxiety needless to say that looked very painful.
